Hot on the heels of Trump’s inauguration and an overrated Jumanji reboot, Henry Brink founded Madding Crowd Coffee back in 2017.
In the twelve years leading up to MCC, Henry consulted for specialty coffee roasters across the USA, UK, Europe, Africa, Australia, and the Middle East, spent time with coffee producers throughout Africa and Asia, cupped countless coffees as a certified Q-grader, sat on a few Cup of Excellence juries, judged the Australian Barista Championships, and contributed written guides to specialty coffee in Europe and New Zealand.
These days, he’s trying to roast coffee that makes you and your friends feel warm and excited about life.
